Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

You can expect 3-6 profile-worthy headshots from your order - but we'll let you see the entire selection so you can decide your favorites. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, if you cannot find 3-6 images, we offer you the opportunity to train the AI again for free. If the AI has not yet been trained, we will be happy to refund you the entire amount. Since the costs of training an AI are very high, a refund can only be granted in certain cases.

Eligibility

If all these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued without a question:

  • You haven't downloaded any generated images.
  • You have strictly followed the photo requirements when uploading your photos.

If you haven't followed the photo requirements when setting up the photoshoot and you haven't downloaded any images, we can issue partial refunds as follows:

  • Basic plan: Eligible for a refund of the paid cost minus the processing fee of US$7 (or equivalent in your currency).
  • Professional plan: Eligible for a refund of the paid cost minus the processing fee of US$8 (or equivalent in your currency).
  • Executive plan: Eligible for a refund of the paid cost minus the processing fee of US$9 (or equivalent in your currency).

Image Quality Expectations:

We strive for quality but acknowledge that AI generation may vary. Users should expect approximately 10% of generated images to meet professional standards. This variance is normal for AI technology and is not grounds for refund after downloads.
